Ridge Racer 7 Review

Video Game Rentals Delivered
" Ridge Racer 7 introduces some great new additions that make this the most significant update Namco's arcade-style racing series has seen in years.
The Good: Great frame rate leads to a fast sense of speed; team-based online racing modes are neat and innovative; car customization and slipstreaming add new depth to the series.
The Bad: Most of the game's tracks appeared in Ridge Racer 6; gameplay won't be intuitive to those unfamiliar with the series."

Call of Duty 3 Review

Closing Comments at PS3.IGN.com
"Fans of Call of Duty 2 and the series in general will no doubt enjoy Call of Duty 3 (if they don't have access to another platform). It recreates the fury of World War II with a strong bravado and offers a shooting engine that makes single-player and multiplayer sessions equally fun. Sure it comes up a little short compared to the pacing and overall level design of COD2, but the real crime here is found with all the glitches and other technical problems that make the Normandy Breakout feel more like the Normandy Lockup. It's really too bad, because considering how good it is despite all of its problems, imagine how great it could have been without them."

NBA 2K7 Review

Closing Comments at PS3.IGN.com
"NBA 2K7 is still the best basketball game out there, and it's improved thanks to the SIXAXIS controller, turning an already impressive title into a great one. By forcing you to use the controller instead of the analog stick for free throws, NBA 2K7 manages to make the SIXAXIS both a gimmick and a contribution to the gameplay. It's a gimmick that's contained to only a few situations during play, but it's a contribution because it's easy to learn, yet challenging to pull off. It also helps give you a better sense of the shot stick timing, which will definitely make you a better player in the long run."

Need for Speed Carbon Review

Closing Comments at PS3.IGN.com
"Need for Speed Carbon is an overall fun racing game, though in large part it's simply more of the same from EA. Cars still feel too similar to each other, and as they're the stars of any racing game, we wish there was a bit more character here. Autosculpt is a fantastic addition to the series' already great customization features. Carbon winds up being a pretty fun racer, and fans of Most Wanted likely won't be disappointed."

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Review

Closing Comments at PS3.IGN.com
"As far as pick up and play RPGs go, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance is a keeper. It's not devoid of technical or design flaws, but its combat system, customization options, interesting storyline, and multiplayer features make it a good choice for comic fans or role-playing newbies. Plus, in a sea of launch titles primarily made up of sports games, racers, and shooters, it's a nice change of pace. In other words, it may not reinvent the wheel, but it still rolls."

NHL 2K7 Review

Closing Comments at PS3.IGN.com
"NHL 2K7 on the PlayStation 3 is a great hockey game through and through. Its feeling of motion and controls are top-notch, and its franchise mode is the one to beat. The SIXAXIS control features are fantastic, though the visuals and menus should be touched up a bit to make for a complete next-gen experience. If you're into hockey, don't pass this up."

Resistance: Fall of Man Review

Closing Comments at PS3.IGN.com
"But let's be honest, Resistance doesn't have to be perfect to be fun, and fun is exactly what it is. From start to finish, Fall of Man is one hell of an outstanding roller coaster ride that every last PS3 owner needs for day one. Epic boss battles (the final few are crazy!), ever-changing scenery, addictive weaponry, and a unique thematic are just a few of the reasons Resistance stands out. But above all else, it's the multiplayer elements that truly ascend this one to the next level. It's a must have for sure."

The New Way to Play Games

Nowdays, with so many consoles boosting an incredible amount of games, it has become very difficult and very expensive to be able to play a wide variety of games.
That's was the truth until a little while ago, when I found this rent games on-line thing...

Unlimited Video Game Rentals - Start Now!

I works like this: You pay a monthly fee, usualy $10 bucks though you can try it out for free, then you chose a list of games you want to play. After that, they will send you one-three games, according to your plan, by mail with pre-payed postage. When you're done playing, you send the game back, no posting fees, and they will send you the next game on your list.
There are no due dates, you can keep the game with you as long as you're a member.
Currently, the company that I'm using for renting is Gamefly, but I bet more of them will come.
If you live in US, you're lucky, 'couse they'll send it anywhere!
